Return/exchange policy
Massage Boutik inc strive to provide complete customer satisfaction. Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect each item; if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, it will be our pleasure to replace them upon provision of a return authorization number. IMPORTANT: All returns may be forwarded though Canada Post. Your return authorization number is valid 10 days. Please return product in its original and intact condition. Products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of certain items like essential oils, massage oil, crème, gel, these products are considered non-returnable items. For copyright reasons, CDs, DVDs and software items that are not returned in their original packaging and sealed will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item. These exchange policies are subject to change without prior notice. Only Products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Only the original shipping and handling charges, as a result of our mishandling of your order, are refundable. .
All products must be returned, including damaged or defective merchandise in their original packaging. IMPORTANT: If the product is not returned in its entirety we may refuse the return or, alternatively, a deduction to the credit may be applied.
For purchases paid by credit card, please allow us 7 to 10 business days to receive, process, and refund, in the same form of payment originally used, the returned items.
